The scope of works detailed soft strip demolition, asbestos removal, and structural demolition of the
brick/masonry building down to ground level.
The works also involved below ground demolition to remove the ground floor slab, foundations, and any below ground obstructions, before the excavation was backfilled and to an even civilised level.
