Description of Project
We were required to remove the roof of 3no digester tanks on Thames Water Beddington Sewage Treatment Works.
Hot cutting techniques were not permitted because of the nature of the site which meant all three digesters had to be cold cut. Once the crown was cut the high reach could remove the sheets and demolish the umbrella structure.
